On June 11, Wenzhou-Kean University hosted a seminar on Leadership by Design featuring its author, Lamont O. Repollet, president of Kean University. He shared leadership insights from his book and education experience, emphasizing integrity, long-term vision, organizational culture, and inclusive education. The event included discussions with faculty and students on leadership, management, and personal branding, and concluded with a book donation to the university library.
