赛事结果 | 2025年新生英语口语比赛圆满落幕
The 2025 Freshman English Speaking Competition, co-hosted by the English Language Center (ELC) and the TMC Speech Club, successfully concluded on September 27, 2025.
The competition attracted a total of 76 new students to sign up. After several rounds of intense and exciting competition, a number of outstanding winners have emerged.
The event consisted of three challenging rounds. The preliminary round featured a two-minute prepared speech on a given topic, from which 30 contestants advanced. The semifinal round tested contestants' impromptu speaking abilities, and the thrilling final round assessed their skills through on-the-spot Q&A. Throughout the competition, participants demonstrated remarkable language proficiency and quick thinking, earning high praise from the judges.
