Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU) 3rd Entrepreneurship Week and 6th Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition
On May 15, 2024, Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU) 3rd Entrepreneurship Week and 6th Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition recently concluded, a series of activities designed to cultivate students' entrepreneurial acumen and promote a dynamic culture of innovation on campus. The Public Welfare Track witnessed particularly robust competition. Projects ranged from a herbal tea initiative supporting local farmers to an English phonics program using picture books, a storybook-based memory enhancement project, and an anti-bullying game. These ventures reflected the strong commitment of WKU students to social responsibility and their determination to address pressing societal and educational challenges affecting children. In the Business Track, projects such as the Brocbless light meal campus program, a shared umbrella service, and the Blue Algae LZ sustainable fabric fashion brand demonstrated students' ability to integrate market analysis with their academic expertise. While prioritizing profitability, these initiatives also focused on effectively addressing tangible consumer needs."
