WKU Students Shine in the 10th Zhejiang Provincial Translation Competition
The results of the 10th Zhejiang Provincial Translation Competition have been officially announced. WKU students have achieved outstanding success, winning a total of 13 awards.
Congratulations to all the award winners! This year marks a new breakthrough for WKU in both the quality and quantity of awards. We are proud to have earned two first prizes, with the number of second and third prizes also rising compared to last year. These achievements reflect the solid language proficiency and professional excellence of our students.

About the Competition
The Zhejiang Provincial Translation Competition, now in its tenth year, is guided by the Translators Association of China and jointly organized by the LSCAT Center, the Translators Association of Zhejiang, and the Branch of College Foreign Languages of Zhejiang Province Association for Higher Education.
Aimed at cultivating high-caliber professionals for the language service industry and advancing foreign language teaching in higher education, this competition is held annually across universities and colleges in Zhejiang province, with four language categories included: English, Japanese, French, and German. It has become one of the most prestigious and influential translation contests in the region, attracting wide students participation each year.
