Results | WKU Campus Selection for the 26th “FLTRP·ETIC Cup” National English Debating Competition
WKU campus selection for the 26th “FLTRP·ETIC Cup” National English Debating Competition, jointly organized by the English Language Center and English Debating Society, concluded successfully on March 10, 2024. A total of 12 teams participated in this competition, and four teams advanced into the final round after three round-robin preliminary debates.
Team G.O.A.T. (Zhong Huiwei, Chen Yining) emerged as the champion in the finals. They will represent WKU to attend the East China Regional Tournament scheduled for the coming April.
Sincere thanks to all participating debaters for their enthusiasm and involvement in the competition. A special appreciation goes to Dr. Jennifer Marquardt, Dr. Wei Chen, Wu Jiang, Ruan Qianqian, He Jun, Fu Jiajia, and Yang Yao for their valuable assistance and contributions, which played a crucial role in making this contest a fabulous success!
