Zhang Ning, Vice President of the China Education Development Strategy Society, pointed out that in the face of technological trends such as artificial intelligence, university education must proactively lead change. He proposed three major directions for innovation in higher education: shifting from knowledge transfer to capability building; promoting the transformation of teaching models toward intelligent, personalized, and internationalized learning; and establishing an evaluation system centered on continuous learning and innovation. Zeng Ruihua, Vice Chairman of the Wenzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, noted that Wenzhou, with its long-standing tradition of valuing culture and education, is currently accelerating its development into a national innovative city and promoting the integration of education and technology. He expressed his hope to use the forum to deepen international cooperation and establish Wenzhou as a regional educational hub and a hotbed for youth innovation and entrepreneurship.
