Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU) 4th Entrepreneurship Week, themed "Breaking Boundaries, Creating the Future Together
On May 21, 2025, Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU) 4th Entrepreneurship Week, themed "Breaking Boundaries, Creating the Future Together: Innovation Ecosystem," recently concluded, which fostered exchange, collaboration, and practical training through activities such as an opening ceremony, mentor salon, maker fair, and innovation & entrepreneurship competition. A highlight of the opening ceremony was the official unveiling of WKU’s Zhejiang Provincial Makerspace, marking a significant advancement toward a more professional, international, and ecologically-conscious platform for innovation and entrepreneurship, providing students and faculty with enriched incubation resources and services. In the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition, following a comprehensive evaluation, the "Rang Chuan Hong Yin" team was awarded first prize in the Public Welfare Track. Their project, centered on immersive, red-themed script performances, successfully revitalized the rural cultural tourism ecosystem of Rangchuan Village in Wencheng County, Wenzhou. The team's innovative model of deeply integrated rural revitalization, emphasizing community benefits for villagers, garnered high praise from the judging panel.
