Shared Facilities at WKU: Umbrellas, Bicycles, One-touch Kitchen Enjoyment!
Are you afraid of heavy downpours pouring down?
Did you oversleep and end up late for class?
No need to worry!
The facilities are here for you!
As an economic model, sharing promotes green construction and encourages a low-carbon lifestyle by effectively utilizing resources, improving resource efficiency, and reducing resource utilization costs.
When the "sharing" model enters the WKU campus,
It materializes into
Rows of "little blue umbrellas",
Lines of bicycles,
And a series of kitchens,
...
They take root here,
Exerting their professional functions,
Providing a better campus environment for WKU students.

To shield you from the wind and rain.
02 Shared Bicycles
Running late for class?
No worries, shared bicycles to the rescue!
The shared bicycles on campus provide us with a convenient and eco-friendly mode of transportation. Available for rental at any time without reservation, these bicycles allow us to reach our destinations more quickly. Riding shared bicycles also helps us exercise, reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Every ride contributes to the sustainable development of the campus.
03 Shared Kitchen
No good place to eat?
Take matters into your own hands and cook yourself a delicious meal!
The shared kitchen is an indispensable part of the scenery inside the WKU dormitories. Various cooking enthusiasts gather here to explore the charm of "boiling, frying, baking, deep-frying, steaming, smoking, and frying". They not only share the cooking facilities in the kitchen but also share cooking skills and experiences.
Sharing
implies choosing to give
and relinquishing ownership of resources
Hoping everyone in the future will treat these "shared facilities" kindly
Sharing convenience and joy together
