International exchange students in Beijing trip during National Day

In order to have Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU) international exchange students learn more about Chinese culture, WKU organized a cultural trip from Oct. 1-Oct. 6 to Beijing for them. Two leading staffs, Fred Zhou and Dawson Dong, guided them on the trip.

The students visited Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace, Winter Palace and Shichahai Lake, enjoyed the humanistic history and the beauty of nature.

During the trip, the exchange group experienced different sides of China; A traditional one by seeing traditional architecture and historic sites, and a modern one by visiting the Olympic Park. They also saw the highest degrees of education by visiting Peking University and Tsinghua University.

Beijing is the political, economic, and cultural center of China, and hence represented every aspect of China to our international exchange students.
