WORD WAR II

Since March 7th, “WORD WAR II”, the second WORD competition in Wenzhou Kean University started. The competition expands range to the whole “University City”, attracted students in Wenzhou University and Wenzhou medical University to come to compete. The competition is divided into four stages, including audition, preliminaries, the semi repechage, and finals. Words are came from CET4, CET6, TOFEL and IELTS vocabulary lists. Spelling ability were investigated in the repository. Different rounds through the study of the professional category of vocabulary, classification difficulty spelling, finally under the challenge of unfamiliar words to test player vocabulary and skills. During the competition, the players showed incisively and vividly. The participators not only presented their academic ability, but also made school life colorful.
