The study of educational administration program is a fulfilling and challenging journey for me. For me who studied economics in my undergraduate degree, it is a brand new experience for me to come into contact with this brand new field, and after this period of in-depth study of the educational administration program, I fully feel that this major emphasizes on the full integration of theory and practice, and it also makes me have a new understanding of the major of educational administration. First of all, the diversified curriculum allows me to learn different knowledge of education management, which covers education law, leadersh

ip, school management, school supervision and organizational theory. This diversity not only broadened my knowledge but also helped me to better understand the complexity of the education system. Secondly, the curriculum focuses on practice, such as the field trip and internship experience in Wenzhou Second Foreign Language School, these different practical experiences not only deepen my understanding of what I have learn, but also improve my ability to solve practical problems. Then guidance of my supervisors in different courses, especially Professor Gao, not only gave me professional academic guidance in the classroom, but also cared about my personal development. Through the communication with Professor Gao after class, I got a lot of valuable advice, which helped me to better plan my future development path. In general, all the tutors of Education Management have impressed me deeply. Professor Gao’s humour in class, Professor Midya’s approach-ability, Professor Ja’s academic rigour, and Professor Yu’s intellectual gentleness, all of them have deeply influenced me with their enthusiasm for academics and their different charms.

I have never regretted choosing WKU’s Educational Administration, which is not only a starting point for my knowledge of Educational Administration, but also a better platform for my future job search and education, as WKU says Start here, go anywhere.
