On September 24, the first session of Sino-foreign Cooperative University Association Leadership Summit was held in WKU. Leaders of associations from University of Nottingham Ningbo, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Zhejiang Wanli University and other colleges were invited to attend this Summit and hold discussion on the construction, development, transmission and other issues of associations with the WKU association members. Hosted by WKU, this summit was a large leadership forum geared to the needs of associations and student groups of Sino-foreign cooperative universities.

Centered on four topics, this summit built a platform for university associations to communicate and share experience by association demonstration and free discussion and thus realized joint development and progress.

The discussion was hot during the summit. Representatives from many universities showed that they had obtained much experience in developing associations which laid a foundation for further cooperation among associations of those universities.
